My husband really likes it with some of our " magic dust," which is made from a combination of paprika, Celtic salt, mustard powder, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, garlic and cayenne. I like it with fresh garlic and green onion. The beet kvass surprised me; I really like it! I haven't fermented cukes yet.
